The Chesterton ARC MX FG Ceramic Reinforced Epoxy Industrial Coating protects metal surfaces from extreme sliding wear and abrasion caused by fine particles. This coating can restore equipment to near original condition and provides a longer-lasting alternative to rubber linings and ceramic wear tiles.

Compliant with 21 CFR 175.300 for direct food contact as follows:

  • Type II – Acidic (5.0pH or below), aqueous products; may contain salt, sugar, or both, including oil-in-water emulsions of low or high fat content food.  
  • Type III – Aqueous, acid or non-acid products containing free oil or fat; may contain salt, and including water-in-oil emulsions of low or high-fat content.
  • Type IVA – Dairy products and modifications: Water in oil emulsion, high or low fat.
  • Type IVB – Dairy products and modifications: Oil in water emulsion, high or low fat.
  • Type V – Low moisture fats and oils. Condition C.
  • Type VIII – Dry solid foods.
