The Chesterton ARC BX2 Ceramic Reinforced Composite Industrial Coating is a modified epoxy formulation, reinforced with a proprietary blend of ceramic beads and powders. This industrial wear-resistant coating protects areas that are exposed to moderate sliding abrasion and can be used to resurface damaged metal. The high ceramic loading level of the coating lowers the coefficient of thermal expansion and extends the life of the equipment. It also features a polymer matrix with resistance to a wide range of chemical exposures and resistance to cracking and delamination. The ARC BX2 can be applied with a trowel or plastic applicator tool.
