The Chesterton 2211 DualPac Severe Slurry Packing combines two compliumentary materials in one packing. Using patented braiding technology, graphite filled ePTFE is placed against the shaft where it provides superior sealing and low friction; a high strength and resilient aramid is placed against the stuffing box bore where it resists consolidation without shaft wear. This combination of materials results in fewer gland adjustments
