Description

The Price Pump HP75 Close Coupled Gasket Design Centrifugal Pump features a NEMA 56J footless motor configuration with threaded shaft design, delivering pump energy index performance between 0.746 and 0.892 for optimized operational efficiency. 

The pump utilizes 3/4-inch FNPT connections for both suction and discharge ports, accommodating a maximum impeller diameter of 6.00 inches. Mechanical sealing employs a single 5/8-inch Type 6 BUNA seal with carbon versus ceramic face configuration, though additional seal options are available for specific application requirements. The distinctive end bell gasket design effectively isolates the cast iron motor bracket from liquid flow contact.

Operating pressure capabilities range from 75 PSI (5.2 bar) for Type 6 seals to 150 PSI (10.3 bar) for both Type 2106 and Type 21 seal configurations. Temperature limitations extend to 160°F for CN, BN, and CS models, while the BS configuration with all-bronze wetted parts permits operation to 300°F. These temperature limits depend on standard seal and gasket materials and may vary based on specific liquid characteristics.

Primary applications include chiller and liquid cooling systems, chemical processing operations, booster pump installations, water purification systems, circulation and filtration processes, and air conditioning systems with heat recovery functionality.
