The Price Pump Y Series 1/4in Metallic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is available in aluminum and stainless steel configurations for applications requiring metallic wetted surfaces. The pump measures 5.87 inches high by 6.10 inches deep by 4.50 inches wide, featuring 1/4-inch FNPT suction and discharge connections available in BSP threading. Operating on compressed air up to 100 PSI, it delivers maximum flow rates of 3.4 GPM with 0.0085 gallon displacement per stroke and can handle spherical solids up to 100 microns.

The oil-less design prevents fluid contamination while minimizing maintenance requirements and reducing exhaust noise. Temperature capabilities range from 40°F to 212°F for both aluminum and stainless steel configurations when equipped with Teflon diaphragms. The pump provides 5-foot maximum suction lift and can operate in submersible applications with proper exhaust line positioning above the liquid level.
