The Price Pump Y Series 1/2in Metallic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is available in aluminum and stainless steel configurations for applications requiring higher flow rates and metallic wetted surfaces. Both models feature 1/2-inch FNPT suction and discharge connections with BSP threading options and operate with 1/4-inch FNPT air inlet and 3/8-inch FNPT air exhaust connections.

This AOD offers maximum flow rates of 15 GPM when supplied with 100 PSI compressed air and offering 0.031 gallon displacement per stroke with Teflon diaphragms. The pump can handle spherical solids up to 1/32 inch in diameter and maintains 5-foot maximum suction lift capability. Temperature operating ranges vary by elastomer selection, with Buna-N and Neoprene rated to 180°F, while Santoprene and Teflon configurations operate up to 212°F, all with a low temperature limit of 40°F.
