The Price Pump 1/2in Non-Metallic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump delivers maximum flow rates of 15 GPM when supplied with up to 125 PSI compressed air. Displacement per stroke varies by diaphragm type, with elastomer diaphragms providing 0.016 gallon displacement and Teflon diaphragms offering 0.014 gallon displacement. The pump can handle spherical solids up to 1/8 inch in diameter and provides superior suction lift capabilities of 13 feet dry prime and 21 feet wet prime.

The pump incorporates a "posi-shift" tandem spool air distribution valve for reliable operation in low-pressure and start/stop applications, with fewer parts and no O-rings for easier maintenance. The oil-less design eliminates metal-to-metal wearing surfaces and features an externally serviceable air valve for minimal downtime maintenance.
