The Price Pump 1-1/2in Metallic Bolted Air Operated Diaphragm Pump features a maximum flow rate of 105 GPM (400 liters per minute) while the displacement per stroke is 0.35 gallons for elastomer diaphragms and 0.20 gallons for Teflon diaphragms. The pump operates at a maximum air inlet pressure of 125 PSI and can handle spherical solids up to 3/16 inch in diameter. Temperature ranges from 180°F for standard elastomers to 248°F for Viton, with a lower temperature limit of 32°F.

The pump features a stall-free "posi-shift" tandem spool air distribution valve for reliable operation in challenging applications. The oil-less air valve design eliminates contamination risks, while the externally serviceable air valve allows for routine maintenance without pump disassembly. The pump offers elastomer options including Buna-N, Neoprene, Nordel, Santoprene, Teflon, and Viton to meet diverse application requirements. Suction lift capabilities range from 20 feet for standard elastomers to 22 feet wet prime for Teflon diaphragms, making it suitable for demanding fluid transfer applications.
