The Price Pump 3in Metallic Clamped Air Operated Diaphragm Pump operates with a maximum air inlet pressure of 125 PSI and can handle spherical solids up to 7/16 inch in diameter. Flow capacity reaches up to 230 GPM with displacement rates of 0.87 gallons per stroke for elastomer diaphragms and 0.82 gallons per stroke for Teflon diaphragms.

The pump incorporates a stall-free design featuring a tandem spool air distribution valve that ensures reliable operation in low-pressure and start/stop applications. The oil-less air valve design eliminates metal-to-metal wearing surfaces and prevents oil contamination. The externally serviceable air valve allows for routine maintenance without complete pump disassembly. The pump can accommodate various elastomers including Buna-N, Neoprene, Nordel, Santoprene, Teflon, and Viton, with temperature limits ranging from 180°F to 248°F depending on the elastomer selected.
