The Hevvy/Toyo HPS Series Soft Start Control Panel allows for more frequent start/stop cycles by reducing the inrush current during startups, keeping the motor cooler. In addition to reducing the risk of overheating, the HPS series reduces the impact of start/stop cycles on piping systems by reducing water hammer and cavitation experienced during starting.
