The Price Pump 1-1/2in Non-Metallic Bolted Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is equipped with 1.5-inch FNPT or BSP suction and discharge connections, 3/8-inch FNPT air inlet, and 1/2-inch FNPT air exhaust ports. Construction includes a fiberglass air valve housing with aluminum air chambers and anodized aluminum spool housing.

The pump has a maximum flow rate of 115 GPM (435 liters per minute) with displacement per stroke of 0.35 gallons for elastomer diaphragms and 0.20 gallons for Teflon diaphragms. The pump operates at a maximum air inlet pressure of 125 PSI and can handle spherical solids up to 2/7 inch in diameter. Temperature ranges vary by elastomer type, with standard elastomers rated to 180°F, Santoprene, Teflon, and Viton to 212°F, while maintaining a consistent lower temperature limit of 32°F.
