Mody Pumps MH 480 Submersible Manhole Pump

The Mody Pumps MH 480 Submersible Manhole Pump is a submersible manhole pump for mobile wet pit sewer bypass operations. It has a 4 pole induction continuous rated motor with squirrel cage rotor. Bi-metallic switches (thermals) embedded in stator winding to protect against overheating. The stator is insulation class H. The 3 phase 50/60 Hz, AC power supply is available in any voltage frequency combination. The rotor shaft is is carried in two ball bearings. The double row contact lower bearing is capable of carrying high thrust and radial loads. The upper bearing is a deep groove single row oversized bearing. The bearings are enclosed in with a high temperature grease containing an anti-corrosion additive.
