Chesterton Sealing Tape

Chesterton tape, particularly the 800 GoldEnd® Tape, is a high-density moldable PTFE thread sealing tape designed for industrial applications. It's a heavy-duty, tear-resistant product that seals metal or plastic threads, pipes, or bolts with just 1½ to 2 wraps. The tape is chemically inert and works with virtually all substances including steam, water, fuels, refrigerants, acids, alkalies, solvents, and gases like hydrogen, oxygen, ammonia, and propane. It's UL Listed, FDA approved, NSF certified for food contact, and oxygen-safe. The tape stays pliable without hardening, resists tearing and breakage, and won't clog fuel lines. It operates in extreme temperatures and is commonly used for sealing plumbing threads, pneumatic and hydraulic fittings, valves, and industrial piping systems.
