The Flux Pumps F427 Sanitary Drum and Container Pump Tube Kit is available in up to 25 mPa with VISCOPOWER or Explosion proof configurations and are paired with your choice of series 4 motor. Each kilt will include the required connections, tubing, and accessories for your application.

The Flux Pumps F427 pump is designed for hygienic applications and is perfect for transferring media from containers such as drums, totes, and IBCs. It can be disassembled quickly and easily for cleaning and sterilization, with all parts able to be taken apart. The pump has minimal dead spots and is made from high-quality materials including stainless steel (316 Ti resp. 1.4581) for the drive shaft, inner and outer tube. The pump is available in a 3A Certified version and meets international safety standards.

The up to 25 mPa and Viscopower kit is compatible with the following fluids: Lip gloss, ointments, toothpaste, molasses, tomato paste, juice concentrates

The Explosion Proof kit is compatible with the following fluids: Food, cosmetic products, thin media, highly flammable media
